Clinker Section

 

·        Row material feed from row silo to row mix hopper is done automatically as per set by user.

 

·        Row material feed from row mix hopper to row mill silo is done automatically as per sequence given by us.

 

·        The process of row material feed into the row mill silo is work automatically as per parameter set by user.

 

·        The process of row material feed from row mill into the Blending silo is done automatically as per sequence set by user.

 

·        The Blending process work with rotary air compressor is set by user.

 

·        The process of row material feed from Blending silo to row material storage silo is automatic as per set by user.

 

·        The process of row material feed from row material storage silo to kiln sir silo is work automatic as per sequence set by user.

 

·        The process of row material feed from sir silo to kiln by Noduleser work with variable frequency drive.

 

·        Kiln temperature is control by tune lube rotary air compressor.

          Kiln discharge system is control by pneumatic valve.    

 

CEMENT SECTION

 

·        Row material feed from row silo to row mix hopper is done automatically as per set by user.

 

·        Row material feed from row mix hopper to cement mill silo is done automatically as per sequence given by us.

 

·        The process of row material feed into the cement mill silo is work automatically as per parameter set by user.

 

·        The process of cement feed from cement mill into the Blending silo is done automatically as per sequence set by user.

 

·        The Blending process work with rotary air compressor is set by user.

 

·        The process of cement feed from Blending silo to cement storage silo is automatic as per set by user.

 

·        The process of cement feed from cement storage silo work automatic as per sequence set by user.

 

Packing Section

 

·        Packing process done automatically

           Controlling the process are as following.

 

·        PLC “FATEK” make

 

·        Computerized system for setting to control all the process in cement and clinker section

 

·        Computerized system is communicated with PLC.
